Our commitment extends beyond emotional and educational assistance; we provide tangible resources and a supportive environment designed to ease the challenges you may face.
We offer a range of physical supports aimed at alleviating the financial burden of parenthood. From gently used maternity clothes to essential baby supplies, our donations ensure you have what you need without added expense. These items are generously provided by members of our community who share in our mission to support growing families. Our physical space is designed to foster a sense of community, empowerment, and support for all who walk through our doors.

Every corner is designed to embrace and support you through your journey of pregnancy and early parenthood. Our space at 321 6th Ave in Medicine Hat is more than just a location—it’s a nurturing environment tailored to meet your needs.
- Kitchen: Step into our fully equipped kitchen, where we host educational cooking classes and provide a comfortable space for you to relax and connect with others.
- Playroom: Our playroom is a haven for children to explore and learn, filled with toys and activities that encourage development and creativity.
- Social Room: Relax in our cozy living room, a welcoming space for group discussions, support sessions, and private consultations with our caring staff.
- Private Counselling Room: A confidential and comfortable space for new client intakes, one-on-one meetings, and counselling sessions. This dedicated area ensures privacy and fosters a safe environment where individuals can openly share and receive personalized support.
Please note, we only provide childminding services while you are attending a class. Please notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring your child, to ensure we have the appropriate number of staff present. Outside of classes, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- Newborn and toddler clothes (up to 2 years)
- Infant Layettes
- Diapering: Changing pads, Diapers, Cloth diapers, wipes.
- Feeding Supplies: Bottles, nipples, breast pumps, nursing pads.
- Sleepwear: Blankets, sleepers, and swaddles.
- Hygiene: Baby bathtubs, shampoos, towels, lotions.
- Accessories: Strollers, playpens, carriers, and high chairs.
- Infant Formula: Depending on available stock
Due to liability concerns, we do not provide car seats.
Free Pregnancy Tests
We offer free pregnancy tests in a safe and confidential space.While we’re not a medical facility and don’t offer medical services, we’re here to offer guidance and connect you with helpful resources. Please note that all pregnancies should be confirmed by a medical provider.
